After many amazing years in the USA, Annette returned home to Ireland, started a family of three kids and one company! Izzy, Noah, Ellie, and Lion People Global, a Localization specific recruitment, talent, and related business services company. Like her kids, Lion People has grown up too and now provides Growth Services through its Talent and M&A Solutions practices, focusing initially on Language Services and extending to Data and AI, Digital Marketing, and Software Industries.

With an educational background in Marketing, and a multi-year career in Sales & Marketing for global Media and Software organizations. Annette realized her true passion was people, connections and finding synergies between the two.

Olga Blasco

M&A Principal Partner, Growth Solutions

Olga is a recognized professional in the language services industry. After 20 years in leadership positions at large US corporations in the top 10 worldwide, since 2016 her mission is to help business owners with their growth strategy to increase the value of their companies and fulfill their end game through the right investments in talent, technology, and M&A. With LPG she assesses M&A matches and facilitates deals, guiding buyers and sellers with expert advice.

A native of Barcelona and a nomad at heart, she operates out of Dublin and Istanbul, where she co-founded a project supporting women entrepreneurship and social economy innovation.

Caroline Williams

Caroline is a seasoned international growth professional with over 17 years of experience in the digital industry. Born with a unique binational and bicultural perspective, she has called Madrid, New York, Washington DC, Miami, Virginia, and Barcelona home. Her academic background in clinical psychology, coupled with a master’s degree in online marketing, drives her passion for corporate communications and international business.

Caroline has a track record in cultivating and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the success of establishing stable commercial connections and strategic partnerships on a global scale.

Dave Ruane

Global Director Client Solutions

Dave Ruane brings with him over two and a half decades of invaluable experience in the localization industry, coupled with a proven track record of driving innovation and fostering strategic partnerships. When he is not solving business challenges, building partnerships, creating content strategies, running innovation platforms, or moderating events, you may find him fly fishing, travelling with his family around Spain, or following Ireland’s rugby teams.

His own personal brand is all about innovation, excellence, and driving transformative change.

With a versatile background spanning Vendor Management, Project Management, and Account Management in the localization industry, Ruth’s expertise in Vendor Management showcases her ability to cultivate and maintain robust industry relationships. As a Project Manager, she consistently delivers results with precision and timeliness. In her role as an Account Manager, Ruth excels at understanding the unique needs of clients, ensuring successful collaborations and optimal localization solutions.

Jagoda Krzyston

Jagoda has lived in several countries, and being a keen traveller has made her a good communicator, who thrives in the international environment. After working in the travel industry for a while, she moved to the localization field and has been with Lion People Global since. With experience in various roles within the company, from marketing, recruitment, and account management.

She is dedicated, and versatile, with good organisational and relationship-building skills, always ready to take on a new challenge.
