Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Confidentiality is very important to us.
LPG supply a NDA for use.
Also open to review and execution of clients NDA if that is preferable.

TEASER

LPG will create a Teaser for Sellers or can use Sellers’ own Teaser.
A list of items needed to create the Teaser can be found on the Seller Portal.
Please note that all LPG created Teasers must be signed off by client prior to use

Process

Preparation of Seller Teaser

LPG created Teaser requires Seller’s sign off

LPG performs Intelligent Match against Buyers’ database

LPG exchanges Blind Teasers between Buyers and Sellers, at the same time

If both parties express interest, LPG makes an official introduction

Both parties drive the process directly with each other, keeping LPG updated

LPG can facilitate meetings and offer advice where possible, throughout

Fees

Success-Based

Fees paid by Buyers except if:

Buyer is from the list with no fee policy (you will be notified prior if we think you are a match for these Buyers)
Where an active search is required

Structure

If Seller just wants to enter LPG database and not engage in an active Buyer Search, there are NO FEES for the Seller
